Delivery： The seller promised a ready-stock vehicle for an additional premium but failed to deliver as agreed. We confirmed and paid the full CIF price, yet after payment the seller repeatedly delayed shipment and demanded an additional USD 2,630 in freight charges, contrary to our confirmed CIF agreement. The entire process caused unnecessary delays, uncertainty, and required dispute resolution through Alibaba Trade Assurance. Service： The supplier did not honor the confirmed CIF terms and repeatedly changed commitments after payment. Communication became difficult, and the issue required extensive dispute resolution through Alibaba Trade Assurance. Overall Review: Very disappointing experience. We paid based on a confirmed CIF contract, yet the seller later attempted to increase the agreed price by requesting additional freight charges. Buyers should verify every commitment in writing and be cautious before making payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this supplier.
Mi impresión de CSC es que son muy fiables. Desde la comunicación inicial hasta la compra al por mayor actual, cada paso se ha gestionado de forma muy estandarizada. No solo proporcionan los vehículos, sino que también ayudan a contactar con empresas de logística y coordinan los trámites aduaneros, lo que me ahorra muchos problemas al comprar en China. Sin duda, serán mi proveedor principal en el futuro.
